Sean Thompson and his Catfish

My name is Sean Thompson. I caught this fish on:

  • Lure: bobber and worm

  • Location: Northwoods, Jacksonville,Onslow County, NC
  • Date of Harvest: April 2006

I caught this behind my house on the New River. I was fishing with my brother and friend. I didnt get an actual size or weight but it was a fairly good size. Probably 3 pounds or so. I used a live worm and bobber to catch this. I caught 3 more, and I lost a whopper that was double the size of this. I got it on the land but then it snapped the line and got back in the water.
